Frequently Asked Questions

Logistics and Ordering Information for Wholesale Partners

Find quick answers to the most common questions regarding minimum order quantities, shipping, and product availability.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ for frozen product is one full pallet (approximately 2,000 lbs or 900 kg), which is necessary to maintain the cold chain integrity during transport. For fresh product, the MOQ is typically 500 lbs. Custom sourcing and industrial orders may have different MOQs; please contact our sales team for details.

Do you offer LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping?

Yes, we offer LTL shipping for domestic orders that meet our minimum pallet quantity. We consolidate LTL shipments to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery while maintaining strict temperature control.

What is the typical lead time for an order?

For in-stock frozen product, the lead time is typically 3-5 business days for domestic shipping and 10-14 days for port delivery on international orders. Fresh product lead times are highly dependent on the current catch and season; please consult our sales team for real-time availability.

How do you ensure the cold chain is maintained?

We use blast-freezing technology, operate HACCP-certified cold storage facilities, and utilize only refrigerated transport (reefers) with continuous temperature monitoring. We can provide temperature logs for your shipment upon request.

Can you provide documentation for import/export?

Absolutely. Our export team is highly experienced in preparing all necessary documentation, including Health Certificates, Certificates of Origin, and customs paperwork, to ensure smooth clearance in your destination country.

Are your products sustainably sourced?

Yes. We adhere to all regulations set by the PFMC and NOAA Fisheries, ensuring our fishing practices are sustainable. We actively support efforts to minimize bycatch and promote the long-term health of the Pacific fishery. More details can be found on our Quality & Sustainability page.
